Rainy Sunday

Sunday's are never the most exciting days. Something about the day before a 5 day work week just tends to be de-motivating. Especially when it rains. Lucky for me, I have a short week this week because I'm going to the states. Heading to NYC for a long weekend and then off to Chicago for training.

I remember a few months ago thinking, "why would I ever stay home on a Saturday night?" But last night I did, and I really enjoyed it. Seems to be along the same lines as my birthday lack of raging fiesta state of mind. I spent a lot of last year "searching". I can't say I found anything particular. This year I seem to be waiting for something to find me. Which is a very different approach but a less dramatic, less stressful way of going about life. You could say that I'm in the trough of the wave that tends to represent the ever changing level of activity in life. So be it.
